Our 500 plus acre biological field station offers students opportunities that can’t be found on most campuses including caring for 30 plus onsite animal ambassadors, rehabilitating wildlife, field research, and maintaining several natural areas under the direction of faculty and professional staff.

Campus life at our eclectic liberal arts college provides students with a home away from home, and we are conveniently centrally located between Akron, Youngstown, and Cleveland, Ohio. The field station also hosts a variety of events throughout the year aimed at getting all students involved in environmental outreach, learning about native wildlife, and campus sustainability.
