You can play sport and music, join one of our many student societies and enjoy the cafés and bars we have on our beautiful parkland campus. We have plenty of opportunities for you to play sport, including football, badminton, yoga, cheerleading and rowing. We also have an active musical scene, and whether you want to play jazz, classical music or get involved in musical theatre. You will also become a member of one of our four Colleges, which give you plenty of opportunities to make new friends, including formal dinners, winter and summer balls and other social events.

Commuting students:

We design our services and teaching to meet your needs. This includes free on-campus car parking, a free bus service, an excellent London location and commuter-friendly timetables. ur teaching resources are available online, we have 24/7 online careers and support services, and excellent transport links - including a free student bus service, ebikes and cycling facilities, and currently offer free on-campus student car parking.

Accommodation:

We can guarantee accommodation for all new students, and have some of the most affordable options in London. At the University of Roehampton, we know how important home is when studying. That is why we have a range of accommodation available to meet the different needs of our students. Whether you want more modern ensuite accommodation in Elm Grove or Chadwick or our more basic accommodation in Bede – a great introduction to student life at an affordable price. You will find all our accommodation provides an affordable home for London city living. On-campus life means enjoying everything we have to offer around the University, this includes the gym, 54 acres of our parkland campus and landscaped gardens, a shop, bar, catering, esports facilities and even our resident chickens!
