Mount St. Mary's University is private, liberal arts, Catholic university in the Catoctin Mountains near historic Emmitsburg Maryland, with a satellite campus for adult students in Frederick, Maryland's second largest city.

Each student's academic path is unique, and fostering academic success is our primary focus at the Mount. We take great pride in providing high-quality opportunities and resources to support every student's academic efforts, such as the writing center, the Honors Program, the Center for Student Engagement and Success, Learning Services, and other various services like our premier tutoring programs. These services not only provide support, but also create an academic community among students, support staff and faculty.

The Mount's Career Center is dedicated to your transition from our beautiful mountain campus to wherever your career takes you. Experiential learning opportunities tie hands-on experience to what you learn in the classroom as you work toward your career. From internships and career fairs to preparation for graduate school, the team at the Career Center will help you prepare for the next step in your journey.
