- International Foundation Year in Computing, Engineering and Physical Sciences: Academic IELTS for UKVI 5.0 (minimum 5.0 in writing and 4.5 in all other skills) or equivalent
- International Foundation Year in Life Sciences: Academic IELTS for UKVI 5.5 (minimum 5.0 in all skills) or equivalent. For Healthcare-related degrees: Academic IELTS for UKVI 6.0 overall with no skill below 5.0, (minimum 6.0 in listening and 6.0 in writing)
- Life Sciences - additional entry requirements:
- For the degrees listed below the IELTS entry requirements are: IELTS 6.0 overall with no skill below 5.0, 6.0 in listening and 6.0 in writing
- Midwifery (Registered Midwife) BSc (Hons)
- Nursing Studies (Registered Nurse Adult Nursing) BSc (Hons)
- Nursing Studies (Registered Nurse Children and Young People Nursing) BSc (Hons) (highly subscribed and may limited spaces)
- Nursing Studies (Registered Nurse Mental Health Nursing) BSc (Hons)
- Paramedic Science BSc (Hons)
Pre-Masters entry requirements:
- Academic:
- Recognised degree – must be in related field for some subjects.
- English language entry requirements:
- 1 semester programme: Academic IELTS for UKVI 6.0 (minimum 5.5 in all skills), or equivalent
- 2 semester programme: Academic IELTS for UKVI 5.5 (minimum 5.5 in all skills), or equivalent
