    Walla Walla Community College is an award-winning school. Established in 1967, the college sits on an attractive 130-acre campus on the edge of Titus Creek, with views of the Blue Mountains. Career training programs are designed to meet the growing demands of industry, so students graduate ready to work in their chosen profession.


    Walla Walla Community College also provides educational programs and services to offenders of the Washington State Penitentiary and Coyote Ridge Corrections Center. Qualified offenders are eligible to apply for admission to developmental courses, as well as workforce programs and an AA degree. The College also provides student services in the areas of admissions, advisement and registration, counseling, testing, GED® testing, and placement. Walla Walla Community College offers a comprehensive curriculum of academic and workforce training programs. The major areas of study include Arts and Sciences Transfer, Workforce Education, Pre-College, and Basic Skills. In addition, WWCC offers courses through extended learning; dual-credit and alternative high school programs; workplace learning centers; outreach learning programs; and lifelong learning opportunities.

    English Language Proficiency:


    All students from countries without English as an official language must have one of the following or enroll in our Intensive English Learning Program:


    • TOEFL score of 61 or higher
    • IELTS score of 6.0 overall band score or higher
    • GTEC/CBT score of 1075 or higher
    • SAT score of 510 or higher on the English section
    • ACT score of 19 or higher on the English and Reading sections
    • Cambridge General Certificate of Education with O level passing score in English
    • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTEA) score of 46 or higher
    • STEP/EIKEN was a Grade Pre-1 or better
    • International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) in English with score of a C or higher
    • Completed a minimum of a year at a high school in the US
    • Passed a college level English course at an accredited US institution
